(Spirit Lake)– The first baby of the new year has been born at Lakes Regional Healthcare.
Sophia Marie Astello, daughter of Jennifer and Moses Astello of Estherville, was born at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday. Sophia weight six pounds, eight ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
The Astellos were presented with a basket of numerous gifts donated by lakes area businesses in honor of delivering the first baby of the new year at Lakes Regional Healthcare.
