(Spirit Lake)– Elected officials in Dickinson county will be getting a pay hike in the upcoming fiscal year.
Meeting this (Tues.) morning for the first time in 2012, the board of supervisors voted unanimously to approve a recommendation from the county’s Compensation Board granting a 2.5 percent across-the-board increase for all elected officials in the county in the upcoming fiscal year.
The supervisors will consider increases for the rest of the county’s employees in upcoming budget talks.
