(Milford)– A joint meeting of the Clean Water Alliance and the Dickinson County Water Quality Commission has been set for 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 31st at the Milford Community Building.
It will be the first time the groups have ever met together. Among the items on the agenda are updates on grants, a proposed fish barrier and watershed management plans for the Iowa Great Lakes and Silver Lake near Lake Park.
Organizers say additional items could be added as the date for the meeting draws nearer.
John Wills of the Natural Resources Conservation Service oversees the Cleanwater Alliance while Brad Jones of Wahpeton is currently the Chairman of the Dickinson County Water Quality Commission.
