(Emmetsburg)– Authorities in Palo Alto county have filed charges against two juveniles in connection with burglaries that took place back in September of this year in Graettinger.
The two boys, ages 14 and 15, were charged with two counts each of third degree burglary, a class “D” felony; and one count of possession of stolen property, a simple misdemeanor.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says the charges stem from an investigation into burglaries that occurred September 16th at the Graettinger Drive Up and September 22nd at the Graettinger school.
Money, an Ipod and clothing were reported missing, and authorities say a window was damaged at the school along with a door at the Drive Up.
