May 14, 2025 Steve Schwaller

(Arnolds Park)– An Arnolds Park business is closed and is the subject of forfeiture proceedings after authorities executed multiple search warrants Tuesday. According to a press release from the Arnolds Park Police Department, the search warrants were executed Tuesday at 87 West Broadway Street in Arnolds Park, also known as the Boji Nites Gentleman’s Club, as well as at a residence in Minnesota. The address of that location wasn’t disclosed.

According to the release, the search warrants stemmed from an extensive investigation by the Arnolds Park/Okoboji Police Department and the Iowa Department of Revenue Alcohol and Tax Compliance Division. The release states that the business is owned by MKBL, Inc. and identifies the holder of the liquor license as Matt Little. It goes on to say that the investigation revealed the business had allegedly underreported revenues to the state of Iowa. The amount as of now has been undisclosed.

The release also states that a civil forfeiture proceeding has begun on the building at 87 West Broadway by the City of Arnolds Park Police Department, the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office and the state of Iowa, and that charges are pending.

The release says the case remains under investigation and that the Arnolds Park.Okoboji Police Departments are being assisted by the Iowa Department of Revenue, Alcohol and Tax Compliance Division, the Iowa State Patrol, Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force, the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office and the recently formed C.A.S.T Team, or Criminal Apprehension Surveillance Team, which is comprised of the Spirit Lake, Milford, Okoboji, Lake Park and Arnolds Park Police Departments and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
