(Emmetsburg)– A Hartley man faces burglary and drug charges in Palo Alto county. Authorities say 25-year-old Ryan Manwarren was wanted for possession of burglary tools and unlawful possession of a prescription drug. He was being held on a $5,000 cash only bond.
