    (Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson County Treasurer’s Office will be closed Wednesday, February 23rd from 8:00 am until 9:00 am for Iowa D.O.T training. County Treasurer Kris Rowley says the property tax and motor vehicle divisions will be affected, but she says the driver’s license station will remain open for scheduled appointments.
