    (Alton)– An Oregon man was arrested after he allegedly got inside the locomotive of a train parked near Alton. The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Jacob Hulka of Salem, Oregon was found in the locomotive when deputies arrive a little after 8:00 pm Thursday.
