Spencer Man Arrested On Warrant For Four Counts Of Alleged Sex Offender Registry Violations

(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted on four counts of violating terms of the sex offender registry has been taken into custody. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Patrick Bishop was arrested a little before 10:00 am December 27th. Bishop was being held in the Clay county jail on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
