Everly Man Arrested On Fraud Charge

(Spencer)– An Everly man wanted for fraud has been taken into custody. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Alexander Plemmons was arrested Tuesday on the active warrant for fraudulent practice in the 2nd degree.
