(Des Moines)– All but just three of Iowa’s 99-counties have confirmed cases of emerald ash borer. Monona, Osceola, and Woodbury counties in northwest Iowa are the latest to report cases. E-A-B was discovered more than a decade ago, and has gradually spread across the state, killing ash trees.
