(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered flags across Iowa to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise Saturday, December 14th, until sunset on Sunday, December 15th, in remembrance and honor of former Congressman Jim Leach who passed away December 11th. Leach served Iowa in Congress for 30 years from 1977 to 2007.
