Nate Hanson resigned as head coach of the Jackson County Central wrestling team.
Hanson led the Huskies to back-to-back state championships 2022-23. He also led JCC to the state tournament in each of the past six seasons. The Huskies made the semifinals in 2021 and then finished fourth place in 2024 and 2025 before taking third place in 2026. He led JCC to a 163-37 overall record in eight seasons as head coach.
Hanson was recently announced as the new JCC High School principal.
