Northwest Iowa Corridor Habitat for Humanity is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to help manage our social media and outreach efforts. This is a flexible role designed for someone who wants to contribute to a meaningful mission while gaining experience or staying engaged in the community.
What You’ll Do
Post updates, photos, and short videos to platforms like Facebook, X, and TikTok
Share stories from our home builds, volunteers, and homeowners
Help promote events, volunteer days, and community efforts
Keep content consistent, timely, and aligned with our mission
Coordinate simple outreach messaging with staff
What We’re Looking For
No advanced skills required
Comfortable using social media platforms
Able to take initiative and work independently
Reliable and consistent with posting
Interest in community work, housing, or nonprofit efforts is a plus
Position Details
Fully remote with optional office space in Spirit Lake
Flexible schedule
Can be structured as:
Volunteer role
College internship / externship for credit
Part-time position
