Position Details
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Year-round employment
Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
Clean residential homes according to company standards
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Make beds and tidy living spaces
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces as needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Provide friendly, professional service to clients
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
Work independently and occasionally as part of a team
Qualifications
Previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent time management skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States
