What You’ll Do:
Lead the Charge: Take on all the responsibilities of a Lead Operator, managing day-to-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly.
Coordinate & Schedule: Plan production, communicate with other departments, and anticipate future needs to keep things moving efficiently.
Manage Materials: Ensure the right raw materials are on hand, manage inventory, and take care of purchasing needs.
Lead the Team: Supervise operators, plan vacation and flexible schedules, and provide training for new hires. Help everyone succeed!
Drive Efficiency: Present ideas for cost-saving improvements and work towards operational excellence.
ISO Support: Assist with ISO 9001 processes in production and support quality audits.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with supervisors, peers, and departments across the company to achieve shared goals.
Adapt & Assist: Help out other supervisors when needed, and keep a cool head while managing multiple priorities.
Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed—just another day in the life of a Lead Operator!
