Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Company Lead to oversee cleaning staff, ensure high-quality service, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily cleaning operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities for residential and/or commercial properties
Train, schedule, and support cleaning staff
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and company policies
Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
Assist with daily cleaning duties, ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required
Prior lead or management experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
