The Resort Office position will be held by individuals capable of providing service information to guests as well as resolve any and all emerging problems that guests may face during their stays with accuracy and efficiency.
Our goal is to create a friendly atmosphere and to maintain an orderly environment for our guests. A Customer Service Representative should be genuinely excited to help our customers and to help strengthen our reputation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess our customers needs and achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with guests through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the correct methods
• Meet Customer Service team sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within appropriate time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures
• Take extra initiative to engage guests
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Receive letters and packages and distribute them
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Guest Service Representative
• Familiarity with office machines
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer Service Orientation
• High School Diploma
