NOW HIRING — DOCK INSTALLATION & REMOVAL TECHNICIANS
Donaldson Docks Service is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our crew for seasonal dock installation and removal.
Position: Dock Installation & Removal Technician
Employment: Seasonal / Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays & occasional weekends
Starting Pay: $18/hour, with opportunities for a pay increase after training
Job Responsibilities
– Install and remove docks and related equipment
– Load, unload, and transport dock sections and equipment
– Work safely around water, shorelines, and uneven terrain
– Use hand tools and power tools
– Assist with lifting, positioning, and securing dock components
– Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all company safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
– Reliable and hardworking
– Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
– Comfortable working in and around water
– Able to lift and move heavy equipment
– Willing to work in changing weather conditions
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Previous construction, landscaping, marine, or dock experience is a plus, but not required
