American Muscle Auto Restoration, Service & Repair in Estherville, Iowa has an immediate opening for a part-time (possible full-time) service writer. This is an in person position. Hours are flexible. Ability to answer phones, set appointments, order parts, collect payments and communicate with both the customer and the service technician is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of automobiles to gather information and discuss troubleshooting/diagnostics with customers
• Familiarity with computers for entering customer information and billing
• Strong math skills to calculate the total cost of parts and labor when creating estimates
• Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and manage estimates and other paperwork
