Thursday, September 5, 2024 – 10:30am – Maser Monarch Lodge
Challenge your nature knowledge! There are many misconceptions about wildlife, so join us for Dickinson County Nature Center’s program, Kenue Coffee Hour, on Thursday, Sept. 5th at 10:30 a.m. Adults are welcome to join us at Maser Monarch Lodge as Naturalist Britney Snell unveils the truth behind nature’s myths.
“Myths are intriguing because we do not always know why one began or what the truth really is. This program will aim to find truth behind some nature myths,” said Snell.
During the program, attendees with get an up-close encounter with one of the nature center’s animal ambassadors and also have the opportunity to feel a bear pelt.
Enjoy sipping on some fresh warm coffee while you discover facts versus fiction. You will be sure to walk away with some fun facts to share with friends and family.
Kenue Coffee Hour is free to attend and does not require preregistration. For more information, visit www.dickinsoncountynaturecenter.com. To see the latest updates and programs, like and follow the Dickinson County Nature Center on Facebook and Instagram.
