Legendary drummer John JR Robinson will be visiting friends…
Thursday, April 4, 2024 – 10:30am-11:30am
What’s all the buzz? Stop by the Maser Monarch Lodge for Kenue Coffee Hour to listen to Tim Frostestad, Dickinson County Conservation Roadside Technician, speak about insects and pollinators. Not only will he inform us about our buzzing friends, but he will also showcase his own extensive collection of mounted insects.
Frostestad has been interested in entomology, collecting insects, and doing personal research for more than ten years. Tim hopes that attendees will learn more about insect identification, stating, “I hope the audience takes away some information on native and non-native insects in Iowa and how they can distinguish differences among various insect orders.”
There is always something to learn at Kenue Coffee Hour, so stop by for some coffee and conversation on Thursday, April 4th, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. This is a free adult program that does not require registration.
