KENUE COFFEE HOUR

Have you ever wondered where coffee comes from? There are many unknown facts about the favored beverage that you can learn about at Kenue Coffee Hour: The Story of the Coffee Bean. Join Dickinson County Nature Center staff on Thursday, October 3rd at 10:30 a.m., at Maser Monarch Lodge to listen to the owner of The Well Coffeehouse and Eatery, Diane Duis. 

Duis is looking forward to presenting about how coffee is produced and some of the uncommon knowledge about coffee. “Coffee beans come from a fruit! I didn’t know that at first,” she said. The coffee connoisseur also hopes to send the audience home with more fun facts to share with friends. 

A light coffee bar is provided for the event, but this Coffee Hour is special because Diane is bringing some of her own coffee for attendees to sample. “I will be bringing my medium and dark roast for taste-testing,” she stated.

Be sure to stop in at the Well Coffeehouse and Eatery, at 1303 18th Street in Spirit Lake, for a delicious selection of beverages and food options or a pleasant place to meet with friends!
