Dickinson County Nature Center – Summer Camp Registration

It’s that time of the year again to start thinking of summer! The Dickinson County Nature
Center is ready for our summer camp registration that will open on Friday, March 1st, at 8:00 a.m.
Camps fill up very quickly; additionally, register for the grade your child is going into.

Amy Heibult, community relations coordinator, commented, “We encourage campers to explore, ask
questions, and get dirty! After all, that’s what being outside is all about! Summer camps at the Nature
Center are a great way to get kids out of the four walls during the summer, encourage creativity, and get
away from those screens!” She added that summer camps are one of the many learning and
recreational opportunities that the Nature Center offers to the public.

Camps are offered for youth going into preschool up to 9th grade! The Nature Center also offers free
