The Spirit Lake Park Girls took fourth in their district competition, yesterday. MOC/Floyd Valley was first, Algona was second, and Spencer placed third.
Emma Dau was an automatic state qualifier, for the Indians, as she took first in the long jump, with a leap of 16’10 ½.
Jenna McCoy qualified with a second place finish in the high jump. Dondi Schmidt took second in the 1500 meter run and Kendra Stokke placed second in the 400 meter hurdles.
The Okoboji Girls had one individual and a relay team automatically qualify, here’s Pioneers’ Coach Nate Dau.

Darby Jones qualified, for Okoboji, in the high jump. She took second in that event, and was also part of the second-place 4×200 relay team along with Jordan Duncan, Kim Knaajas, and Olivia Albright.
