Okoboji had a 12-7 lead over Sibley-Ocheyedan at halftime in non-district football in Sibley on Friday night, but the Generals rattled off 27 points in the second half and held on for a 34-20 victory over the Pioneers. Turnovers hurt Okoboji throughout the contest. They fumbled the ball back to the Generals five times, had a blocked punt, and both Pioneers quarterbacks each had an interception. Dalhton Frick led the way for S-O with 26 carries for 126 yards. He scored five touchdowns in the contest. Offensively for Okoboji, Austin Fox rushed 13 times for 65 yards. Alex Heller was 5-for-10 with a 62 yard touchdown pass to Jordan Hanna. He had one interception as well before sitting out the second half due to cramping.
