The Martin County West volleyball team brought out the broom at home again on Thursday.
MCW overpowered Alden-Conger 25-12, 25-13, and 25-22 for the sweep.
Brynlee Haukos led the Mavericks with 14 kills and had one ace. Ida Rohman had 27 set assists plus a pair of aces and one kill. Maddie Carlson added nine kills. Jaylee Hanson had five kills and one ace. Gianna Chase had a pair of kills.
The 7-0 Mavericks have won 20 of the 21 sets they have played so far this season.
MCW is going to Jackson for the Carolyn Hummel Invitational on Saturday. They begin play in Pool C against St. James Area at 10:15 a.m. with Murray County Central to follow.
