It will be going on that day from Noon until 3:00 pm on Market Street. And while the event is still a little less than a month away, Stoltenberg says the response he’s been getting has been terrific…
He adds they’re still looking for some volunteers to help out with some of the other events that will be going on in conjunction with the car show…
There will be a $20 registration fee for those wishing to enter a vehicle in the show. A raffle will also be held. Proceeds will go to the Heritage Square Museum project in Lake Park, the Iowa Donor Network and the National Kidney Foundation.
Some of the more rare vehicles that will be featured at the September 19th show include a 1979 Malibu drag car, a 1979 Dode Lil Red Express, a 1971 Dodge Charger and a 1970 440 Road Runner Superbird clone.
Stoltenberg adds they’re hoping to make it an annual event.
