RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works together to assign duties in supervision and management of children.
• Helps build a supportive, caring team within the center
• Interacts with, initiates and encourages children in daily activities.
• Plays with children during “free play” to teach them how to play and interact.
• Helps children control behavior using a positive, consistent approach.
• Helps prepare the learning environment, sets up age appropriate interest centers
• Work together in providing meaningful record keeping and observations related to children’s development, health and behavior.
• Maintains good communication with parents in a positive manner focusing on the ways the child is special.
