Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, winterization, summerization, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
Assist technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing boats, engines, trailers, and marine systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following Parks Marina safety policies and shop procedures.
Properly operate shop equipment, tools, forklifts, trailers, and boats while following all safety guidelines.
Move, launch, retrieve, and transport boats as needed for service, testing, storage, and customer delivery.
Accurately complete work orders, service documentation, and technician notes.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support marina operations.
Communicate professionally with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
Assist in installing marine accessories and electronics
Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting the Parks Marina commitment to quality, integrity, and creating outstanding boating experiences.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn dealership software and service documentation systems.
Drivers Lisences
Preferred
Previous experience in marine, automotive, powersports, agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment repair.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Forklift or boat handling experience.
Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods of time.
