(Arnolds Park)– No information has been released, however KUOO news has learned there were multiple injuries in a collision of two boats early this (Sun.) afternoon on West Lake Okoboji off of Pillsbury Point.
The Dickinson County Communications Center reported receiving a 911 call of the incident at 12:50 pm. Arnolds Park-Okoboji Fire/Rescue along with multiple DNR officers, the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Arnolds Park and Milford Police Departments were called to the scene, along with multiple ambulances.
6 people were reportedly injured and were taken to hospitals in Spirit Lake and Spencer.
