Digital Content & Multimedia Coordinator Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm – Northwest Iowa
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized digital storyteller to support our radio brands across web, social, and streaming platforms. This role blends multimedia production, social strategy, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
· Produce video, audio, graphics, and photography for radio, web, and social media.
· Manage station websites, social platforms, and weekly digital content schedules.
· Create live-streaming visual content for broadcasts and local events.
· Develop social media strategies, monitor analytics, and coordinate online promotions.
· Produce digital ads and promotional content for station events.
· Support streaming operations: board-op shifts, game streaming, uploading on-demand content.
Skills & Experience
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia production tools.
· Experience with video shooting/editing, audio editing, and photography.
· Knowledge of digital media formats, social platforms, and web content systems.
· Strong project coordination and communication skills.
