Natalia Botello-Ramos, Naiya Ayers, and James Atura led the Jackson County Central track and field team during the Wolverine Indoor Meet in Mankato on Saturday.
Botello-Ramos won the Girls 55-Meter Dash and Ayers won the 1600-Meter Run to lead the third-place girls varsity effort.
Addie Fricke took runner-up in the Triple Jump, took part in a four-way tie for fourth in the High Jump, and was fifth in the 55-Meter Low Hurdles. Arianna Hanson grabbed third in 55-Meter Low Hurdles. Samantha Van Wyhe finished third in the 1600. Stevie Untiedt took third in the 400 and fifth in the Long Jump. Allison Luebben was right behind her in sixth. Renae Vancura tossed third place in Shot Put with Riley Peterson in fourth. Emri Morrell was fourth in the 55-Meter High Hurdles.
The LCWM-Nicollet girls led the team scores by collecting 104.75 and River Valley had 78.75 ahead of 39.75 for the Huskies. TMB had 34 and Mountain Lake Area-Comfrey had 27 behind JCC.
Atura won the Boys 55-Meter High Hurdles to lead a fourth-place boys finish. He also took home runner-up in the Intermediate Hurdles, third in Triple Jump, and sixth in High Jump.
Isaac Hesebeck captured third in Long Jump and fourth in the 55-Meter Dash. Dez Tupper finished third in the 400, David Botello-Ramos took third in the 1600, and Ever Munoz was third in Pole Vault. Gage Johnson finished fourth in Shot Put. Brandon Trainer was sixth in the 200-Meter Dash.
The LCWM-Nicollet boys completed the sweep with 157, TMB had 39, MLAC had 38, JCC collected 32, and River Valley had 23 team points.
JCC is scheduled to open the outdoor season at the ML Insurance Invite on Thursday in Mountain Lake.
