Are you a people person with a knack for managing projects and closing deals? We’re looking for a Sales and Project Manager to join our growing team!
In this dual-role position, you’ll guide clients through the sales process and then manage their project through to completion. If you’re organized, motivated, and love both construction and customer service—this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
Sales:
• Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide custom solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients.
Project Management:
• Oversee construction projects from signed contract through final walkthrough.
• Prepare cost estimates, bids, budgets and work timetables.
• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities for projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
• Ensure projects stay on budget and timeline.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Communicate project updates with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help track material deliveries, selections, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Attend client walkthroughs and participate in meetings as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Background in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents.
• Experience with SoftPlan drawing software (a plus, but not required).
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
