Spirit Lake senior Lauren Travis signed her letter of intent Thursday November 13, 2025, to continue her academic and track and field career at Arkansas State. The Red Wolves are a division 1 program that competes in the Sun Belt Conference. Sports director Scott Nolte talked to Lauren and her dad/Spirit Lake Track & Field Coach about the decision.

Lauren just wrapped up her senior volleyball season and now is getting ready to compete in basketball. She will then be with the Spirit Lake track and field team in the spring. Congrats to Lauren and the Travis family!
