(Estherville)– An open house will be held Thursday (Jan. 18th) on a proposed project to mitigate the dam on the West Fork of the Des Moines River in Estherville. It’s scheduled to start at 5:30 pm in the council chamber of the Estherville City Offices. A short presentation will be held at about 6:00 pm.
