(Estherville)– The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office has released details into a November 25th traffic stop that landed a Jackson, Minnesota man in jail. Authorities say the stop was made after a deputy saw a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign around 5:45 am that morning. Upon making the stop it was discovered the driver, Antonio Trice, was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in Emmet County District Court for having no driver’s license. He was then placed under arrest.
Authorities say a subsequent search of Trice turned up a substance believed to be methamphetamine. He was then additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine…2nd offense along with no driver’s license, failure to obey a stop sign and the outstanding warrant.
