Arnolds Park Amusement Park will present The Hype and The 90s Rock Show at The Roof Garden Ballroom Saturday night.
CEO Jon Pausley says the two bands will perform full sets. “If you’ve been her in the summertime for The 90s Rock Show at Preservation Plaza, they put on a great show. That same band is gonna be back, and then somebody that they tour with a lot called The Hype, another band out of California. They’re both fantastic musicians, fantastic bands that play some of our favorite music from the 80s and 90s. They’re both gonna be doing full sets. It’s going to be a fantastic night at The Roof Garden, the venue is fantastic, and if you’re around that night, you should come down because it’s gonna be a great show.”
He adds that costumes are encouraged. “You know it’s in your closet somewhere if you grew up during that time, so break it back out, squeeze into it and just enjoy a fun night out in Okoboji.”
He notes that there are a couple of ways to purchase tickets. “You can grab those tickets a roofgardenballroom.com. You can stop in our office Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 and get tickets in person, or then they will be available at the door the night of, as well.”
The concert will start at 7:30 Saturday night.
