Milford Residents Urged To Participate In Housing Survey

(Milford)– As we reported previously, a housing study is underway in Milford. Part of the study involves a survey. Charlie Cowell of RDG of Des Moines is heading up the study. He’s urging Milford residents to take a few minutes to fill it out…

“It will be a 10 minute survey really just asking people about if they’ve looked for housing in the past few years, what their experience was like, what they feel would be successful in Milford today as far as a housing product type, whether that’s they think there’s high demand for single family or senior options or apartments or townhomes or whatever that might be, so it will be a series of images folks can look at and provide comment on. There’ll be price point questions on what you think appropriate price points might be. And then obviously open-ended comments, and we would welcome those, as well.”

Paper surveys are also available by stopping by the Milford City Hall. Surveys must be returned by this Friday, October 13th.
