(Estherville)– Iowa Lakes Community College has a new Dean of Arts and Science. Julie Westerman, a Hartley native, has been hired to the position.
Westerman is a graduate of the University of South Dakota where she studied social work and psychology. She holds a Master’s Degree in writing from DePaul University.
Westerman worked 20 years at North Park University as an adjunct faculty member. Following that she worked as Coordinator of the Academic Resource Center at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls.
