(Spencer)– The Avera@Home hospice program at Spencer Hospital has received some special recognition. Strategic Healthcare Programs has designated the program as a “Premier Performer” for achieving an overall caregiver and family satisfaction score that ranked in the top five percent of all of its eligible clients for the 2022 calendar year.
The 2022 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and systems among more than 1,000 hospice providers.
