(Arnolds Park)– One key component of the next phase of construction on Highway 71 through the lakes corridor that will be starting again September 5th will be removal and replacement of the pavement over the causeway between Arnolds Park and Okoboji. That work will begin September 18th. The causeway will be closed to all but emergency traffic during that time.
