(Spencer)– There will be some disruptions of traffic on Grand Avenue and adjoining side streets in Spencer as a project to upgrade traffic signals in that area. A post on the city’s Facebook page says the work is getting started today (Wed.) beginning at the 1st Street intersection.
City officials say the lights will be down one intersection at a time and that the side streets leading to the intersection under construction will be closed. They say motorists should proceed to the next street to access Grand Avenue.
Officials say each intersection will likely be closed from four to six hours.
