(Spencer)– An Everly man wanted on warrants for failure to appear now also faces drug charges. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy made contact with 50-year-old Kevin Dillingham regarding the warrants at his home on August 8th. As Dillingham was being arrested, a baggie containing methamphetamine was discovered.
Dillingham was booked into the Clay county jail on the warrants and was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense…a class “D” felony. Bond was set at $600 on the warrants and $5,000 cash or surety for the drug charge.
