(Heron Lake, Mn.)– A collision Wednesday evening at an intersection on Highway 60 near Heron Lake involving a car and a semi sent two people to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 25-year-old Joshua Matter of Clements, Minnesota was driving a 2005 International semi westbound on Highway 60 and 21-year-old Gabriel Villarreal of Heron Lake was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro southbound on Jackson County Road 9 when the two collided.
Villarreal and a passenger in his vehicle, 19-year-old Madison Beetner of Round Lake, were taken by ambulance to local hospitals. Their injuries were described as non-life threatening.
