(Paullina)– A Spencer woman was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision Wednesday near Paullina.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says 68-year-old Daniel Crouch of Spencer was driving a 2014 Cadillac northbound on Nettle Avenue and 22-year-old Rowan Kolpin of Aurelia was driving a 2013 Ford, in front of Crouch. Deputies say Kolpin was attempting to make a U-turn and that Crouch had partially crossed into the southbound lane when the two collided.
A passenger in the Crouch vehicle, 62-year-old Jean Crouch of Spencer, was taken by ambulance to the Orange City Hospital.
The collision took place a little after 3:00 pm.
