(Jackson, Mn.)– A pursuit last week in Jackson county resulted in the arrest of an Okabena man on several charges. A criminal complaint filed by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was trying to stop a vehicle Thursday that was going 100 mph on Highway 60 west of Heron Lake. The driver didn’t stop until pulling off at a nearby building site. The suspect, 24-year-old Luis Yuca-Munoz of Okabena was taken into custody on charges of fleeing a police officer, driving while revoked and speeding.
