(Milford)– Three plays premiered in Okoboji on Saturday, July 15 in the Carter Lambert Summer Showcase. Okoboji High School alumnus Carter Lambert wrote and directed the three original plays as well as composed original music and lyrics.
The Showcase featured current and recent graduates from Okoboji and Spirit Lake schools as well as current college students from Minnesota. Locals included Anna Frangenberg, Trigg Heimdal, Aubry Knudtson, Liam Knudtson, Maddison Lambert, and Abi Slater. Five students from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul were Joylee Christensen, Kaila Fremling, Finley Gustafson, Abby Marshall, and Alaina Posavad.
Lambert thanks all of the sponsors for their support along with individuals who offered their time and services for the showcase.
Carter attends the University of Northwestern-St. Paul where he is a Theatre major with minors in Songwriting and Media Production.
