(Spencer)– Spencer-based Seasons Center for Behavioral Health has been awarded funding to update the waiting room area of its facility in Emmetsburg. Care Connections of Northern Iowa has contributed $2,805 toward the project.
Officials with Seasons Center say the office in Emmetsburg sees a high volume of traffic and that the funding will allow them to replace worn out furnishings and to purchase trauma-informed games and activities for families to use while accessing the waiting area.
