(Sheldon)– A traffic stop earlier this week in Sheldon resulted in the arrest of a Lake Park woman on drug charges.
A criminal complaint says 29-year-old Christine Larson was charged with 3rd or subsequent possession of a controlled substance…a class “D” felony. Court documents state Larson was pulled over for alleged equipment violations and that a police department K-9 alerted to the presence of drugs in the vehicle. A search was then conducted resulting in officers finding 2.1 grams of meth in a small wallet.
Larson was booked into the O’Brien county jail and has since been released. She’s due in court June 23rd.
